What we collect
To create your book, you give us a name and, optionally, a nickname and a shared memory. To deliver it, Stripe collects your email address and payment details during checkout. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
The details you share are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the text of your book, and are attached to your Stripe order so we can re-create your PDF when you download it. That is the only use. We do not sell, share, or use your details for advertising, and we do not use them to train AI models.
What we store
We run no database of our own. Your book and the details it was made from live only inside your Stripe order record, which we keep so your download link keeps working and to meet payment and tax record-keeping obligations. Your email is used once to send your book (via Resend) and for any receipt Stripe sends you.
Third parties
We rely on three processors: Stripe (payments and order records), Anthropic (text generation), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.

To have the personal details removed from an order after delivery, or to ask anything about this policy, email hello@pocketlovenotes.com with your order email address.
